Field Notes

Description:

A cone head katydid (Euconocephalus sp.) which looks very similar to an Atractomorpha grasshopper which mimics grass blades. This might be a young adult, green in color, skinny long legs, long thin antennae. It can be distinguished from a grasshopper from the legs, long antennae, and long wings.

Habitat:

Flew into my house. Must be from the neighbourhood garden.

Thank you very much for pointing that out. This will need re-identification then.
As it has long Antennas, I think it is not Atractomorpha psittacina.
