The photos are not that clear - see also https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hericium_abietis Maybe it's Hericium Abietis. Wikipedia says: "In Hericium coralloides, the spines line the undersides of the branches, unlike H. abietis, whose branches are arranged in clusters at the tip of branches.[7]"
