Description:

2-3cm corrugated cap on a slender stem. Dry soft to touch.

Habitat:

alongside a bush track beneath an Angophora in deep sandy loam with a high load of moist humus. After rain and mid-summer heat. High humidity

Notes:

The humidity and heavy rain fogged the lens

Yes, there are many Coprinoid fungi similar to this, without a microscope any species level identification would be guess work.
