Description:

What an awesome little mantis! Maybe 2" long, light brown. First thought it was a stick insect, but then saw the triangle head and very dainty "grabbers".

Habitat:

Found by my daughter on my pile of laundry inside my house! But I have a garden out front and rather scrubby oak thickets around.
