Field Notes

Description:

The area around my house in Baltimore County is full of Mourning Doves. At one point in the spring of 2015 my dad and I saw about ten of them on our street. The two biggest differences between mourning doves and white doves are that they have brown feathers and call or chirp sounds sad or depressed.
