Description:

The Red-veined Dropwing (Trithemas arteriosa) is an abundant and widespread dragonfly across its range which includes much of Africa, the Mediterranean area, and parts of the Middle East.

Habitat:

Its natural habitats are rivers, intermittent rivers, freshwater lakes, intermittent freshwater lakes, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marshes
