Description:

Grouping of a total of six deadly galerina caps, five of which in close proximity with the sixth a few inches away. Caps 1.5-2" in size; rusty brown spore print; smooth cap; non-distintive odor.

Habitat:

Located in the woods of Leiws County, West Virginia. Found on a fallen, moss-covered rotting tree. habitat description and applicable notes on nearby tree types, the presence of other mushrooms, odor, spore print color, and whether the cap is slimy or dry.
