Notes:

Spotted in a mix forest of oaks eucalypthus and pine trees,near my house.
It's the first time i see one of these very tiny,i'am going to follow the grow

Thanks J,i follow this one but he died in 2 days and stay completly black,i was waiting to more developement from him to make a positif id,i was thinking that Argy was rigth ,that is a bolet ,i have to check furder

Thanks Argy,it was my first thougth,but is so tiny and the cup has a velvet texture,that it dont seems at this stage a bolete,in the area is the only one,i protect him with some eucalypthus leafs and i'll go there next times to see the developement
