Mathew, if you get an ID, please let me know. I spotted a similar bug, also with front "leaf" legs: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/123406024 but never discovered what it is.
Definitely Coreidae - the "rest" is a mystery for me, too...

Yes, I am also thinking of Coreidae, nymph, maybe Coreinae and the flags might tend to Anisoscelini. Confusing are the flags not only on the hindlegs, but also on the forelegs. I'll keep an eye on it...
