Description:
This plant is about 4'10 ft in height. The Leaf shape is lanceolate, and the leaf venation is parallel. The dimensions of the leaf is 19 cm at length and 4.6 at its widest width. The pant had no fruit or flowers. Also, the leaf margins are entire and the arrangement is alternate. The leaf had no hairs and it was leathery. The bark was smooth and the root system was underground.
Habitat:
We found this in a secondary tropical rainforest. The area the plant was located was in a sunny area.
