Field Notes

Description:

Quite large moth, 3-4cm long, dark olive green and brown tones. Huges black eyes and short antennae. body is furry for want of a better word. Distinctive wing markings.

Habitat:

Seen on a chain link fence running around coastal bush in Tanga. Seen in full daylight in mid morning.
