Description:

perenniak weed with a thick taproot; leaves grow mostly as rosette of basal oblong-lanceolate, hairless, dull green leaves with wavy edges up to 8" long and 1-2 inches across .

Habitat:

disturbed lawn, clay soil

Notes:

Knotweed family; haven't seen stalk in spring
