You're welcome Joseph. I don't think that is a female in that link. I'm not 100% sure but I think it could be a Rufous-tailed Flycatcher (Muscicapa ruficauda) (http://birdingpooleharbourandbeyond.blogspot.com.au/search/label/Rufous-tailed%20Flycatcher - about 1/3 of the way down) in your link...hope that helps!
