Field Notes

Description:

Small cockroach, about 1.5cm long only, typical flat arrangement of roaches, cream to burgundy body, where the body shell and the head also seem to flay out a little at the sides, slightly translucent at the sides, making him appear bigger than he actually is. Long thin antennae stretching out horozontally. Typical scuttley behaviour of the roaches, but didn't seem that obsessed with being inside, didn't hide under anything... was just looking around, was happy to leave given prompting.

Habitat:

Seen indoors in coastal village environment.
