Field Notes

Description:

A small colony of western honey bees. Was excited to see them, especially since their populations have been dropping so bad. I'm not sure what kind of flower they're on (Queen Anne's Lace, maybe?). There are four in total in the picture, and many more around them not in the photo.

Habitat:

Western honey bees are all over the place, some wild, some in captivity.

Notes:

Save the bees!
