Mystery Mushroom A - Older specimen

Saw this on my way to Prospect Park, at a residence on Crown St and New York Ave. There were a bunch of these, most of them in decay or having been munched on. The next pic, Mystery Mushroom A - young specimen, was the most intact specimen I could find. The older specimen (picture) goes all upturned, gills are white and attached, stem is stout and white and hollow at least at the bottom. The top is tan but the young specimen is sorta pale yellow and slimy. I picked a few and tried to get spore print but they were in such bad shape. Only the young specimen gave a little bit of a spore print which seemed white or at least light colored but didn't deposit enough spores for me to be certain of color, but definitely light. My first guess was the fried chicken mushroom but the margin is striated not totally smooth, so then I don't know!
