Description:

Striped Maple or Moosewood size: 20 - 30 feet. leaves are 3 lobed. pale below. Young bark is bright green with white stipes. flowers bright yellow with long droopy stalk. Autumn leaves are bright yellow (these have spots from insects)

Habitat:

wooded valleys and slopes in moist soil.
