A desert bulb. leaves coiled - occurring in winter. Flowers occur in autumn before leaves emerge. Flowers scented, white, open in night time.

So beautiful and to know that it's growing in the desert ! I grew up with spider lilies all around and I know how lovely their scent is. Lovely spotting !
