Description:
This seagull checks out how good it looks in its own reflection. Very clean looking birds, red beak, red eyes in adults, red legs, body feathers are mostly a crisp white with soft grey wings and black tail and wing tip feathers. A strong character and bold nature make these birds survivors, often seen patrolling beaches and some inland rivers and lakes. Call is loud squawk and higher notes. Feeds on fish, marine creatures, crabs & remains of other creatures in its natural state, also scavenges around human environments.
Habitat:
Found around the Australian coastline and to some extent inland. This one on north east coast NSW beach.
