Field Notes

Description:

A cluster of fungi growing on a large fallen tree. Pale grey and oval shape. Maximum diameter almost 10mm. Looks like a kind of Dead Man's Fingers.

Habitat:

Growing on a fallen tree trunk on the forest trail of Bukit Gemuk (Fat Hill), Tawau, Sabah.

Notes:

>>>Map accuracy: 1000m diameter. Spotted this with DanDoucette on the way back. This is my last spotting from Bukit Gemuk with Dan, my next spotting will be from a 3 day stay in Tawau Hills Park with Dan.
