Description:

Basal cluster of long, shiny, lance-like leaves; single flower-stalk up to 18 inches tall with loose cluster of purple six-petaled flowers with yellow anthers.

Habitat:

Meadows and open woodlands, wet to dry conditions.

Camassia Reserve (Nature Conservancy) West Linn, Oregon.
