Description:

I want to call it a Pied-billed Grebe but the coloring of the bill seems off. Would dive below the water when I got close.

I suspected it was probably a juvenile, but couldn't remember if there was another grebe that looked similar. Thanks a lot!
It's an immature pied-billed grebe, almost an adult. As immatures they have a zebra-striped head and neck and you can still see a little bit of that on him.
