Description:

Also known as Grass Pyrgimorph, the Vegetable Grasshopper is a bright green hopper with a purple tinge on antennae and pink wash on abdomen. Being a slow mover it relies on camouflage for protection, as they are not strong jumpers or fliers.

Habitat:

Subtropical, near running water
