Field Notes

Description:

Beautiful little skink. These images have been cropped a bit but you can see it properly when you go through the little series. Any help is much appreciated!

Notes:

Found at work on this rock and little plant. It was one of those spottings that are so enjoyable...I was attempting to do macro so the camera was quite close and so was the strap. This little one just walks onto the strap, onto my hand, sat for a moment then wandered back onto the rock. After a few more shots, I put my hand out (palm up) and moved it up towards it and it just wandered onto my finger then wandered off again! Connection :)

Species ID Suggestions

I think Scott's suggestion is correct. Nice spotting and pics.
