Climbing dogbane

A climbing vine member of the dogbane family, Apocynaceae. The plant pictured here has oval barely toothed leaves. Another form of the plant has long, thin leaves, hence the difformis part of its name.There's very little information about this plant online, and I ID'd it from a field guide that had little information beyond its name and distribution.
