Habitat:

I found it near a river, in that place there were many kinds of dragonflies, they had different colors and sizes.

This is my first pic from a yellow libélula :)

Without a clear image of the abdomen showing the pattern or lack of pattern, the species cannot be known. You have P. domitia and P. intensa there if not more species.
