Description:

I came upon this beautiful brown and white raptor sitting in a tree watching a young white-tailed deer. When it saw me it started screeching to let me know I was in its territory and was quite unhappy I was there. I took some shots of it then turned to take some of the deer. When I looked back it had flown off.

Thanks armadeus. I agree. Just sometimes wonder if it will get mad enough to attack. There hawks are pretty well armed. Lol
Love it. There is nothing quite like getting told off for being somewhere! I had a Willie Wagtail tell me off for hanging around...then I saw the youngster :) Great image James. Thank you for sharing :)
