Description:

Most likely an immature Yellow-crowned Night-heron since there was an adult near by.

Notes:

I've witnessed them eating roaches over and over again off the wall at an apartment at night. lol

It's amazing just how much has changed since they did construction around that park. All of that green in the photo is now concrete.
