Thought this might be a Swainson's Hawk, but thanks to Ashley for identifying the red-tailed hawk!

Swainson's hawks have a bib on the chest, and they are a western species. You can tell this is a red-tailed hawk by the spotted belly band, mottled white shoulder patches, and the red tail.
