Field Notes

Description:

These two spiders (a male and a female) were resting on a leaf. First I thought they were mating, but the male is in front of the female, and they weren't moving. When I was photographing them they split and went to oposite sides of the leaf (which indicates that the female wasn't eating the male, as one could think). Also different is the fact that both spiders were the same size (actually the male was slightly bigger), unlike most spiders I've seen.
