This is one of our brown colored anoles. There is something about the head/face that it making me think Puerto Rican Crested Anole (Anolis cristatellus) I don't think females or young males will have the crest. It could be a Cuban Brown anole (Anolis sagrei) a lot more common but I don't think so.
