Field Notes

Description:

This is a moose it could vary in size and weight. There is more species that shares the same environment like a moose. I don't think there is any other species that share the same symbiotic relationship as a elk. This species is able to survive in the winter because of its fur in the winter and its hooves on its feet to walk in the snow and ice. Elks have sexual reproduction they often do it in the spring and sometimes the summer. Elks life in the forest it eats grasses, plants, leaves and bark. There is a lot of animals that prey on a elk like wolfs, bears, and coyotes.
