Description:

The scientific name implies that the gray tree frogs differ in color making them camouflage themselves from gray to green. Depending on their environment

Habitat:

The gray tree frog are most common in forested areas. They hang out near bodies of water such as a swimming pool where I found them.

If you do not know the scientific name for an organism, you should leave that area blank and mark the box for help to ID. I have adjusted this one for you. There are two different species of Gray Treefrog found in Maryland, I can't tell you which ones these are. The genus is Hyla.
