Description:

This tiny black wasp maybe a braconid wasp. The row of eggs are believed to be sawfly eggs and each seems to have killed by a small predator. possibly similar to this wasp.

Thank you John La Salle for the update. They are all too complex for us hobbyists but its possible interest in the eggs was what prompted my photograph.
Not a braconid - definitely some Chalcidoidea. I am guessing (stress guessing) Encyrtidae - but really can't tell from the pictures and it could be from a couple of other families.
