Andrea (abagillon67) IDd this as Heteroneda billardieri. Pls see discussion in this similar spotting - http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/11305527. H. billardieri has confirmed record in the Philippines - http://www.science.upm.edu.my/biology/abm/index.php/article-in-press/31-010255-61&ml=1.
Is it an invasive species here, not really sure if its also the one you listed, this one is more of an orange color, and most of the ones pictured have black marks on their heads.
