Field Notes

Description:

Looks very healthy. Maybe a little over grown, it's starting to over grow the Saskatoon bush seen in photo #4. Slight browning on the edges of some leaves, but still green and lively despite the snow storm on Monday Oct. 2nd. No signs of deterioration or dead branches.

Habitat:

Found in olds botanic garden wetlands. (Phase 3?) Native to Northern America. In a raised flower bed made of cinder blocks and filled with potting soil and peat moss.

Notes:

Could possibly be pruned. So to give the Saskatoon bush a chance to grow.
