Field Notes

Description:

Crambidae; Spilomelinae; Haritalodes derogata (Fabricius, 1775). This small moth was very skittish and flew off as soon as I clicked the shutter of my camera. I didn't see where it went. So, I just got this one over-exposed photo, but there are some better pictures of this species in my previous spotting https://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/1659044311

Habitat:

This moth was spotted on a netting fence around our backyard vegetable plot.
