Description:

A very small grey brown bird with a white throat and spot on forehead, distinctive bright yellow underparts and a white-tipped tail. It has a [distinctive] red eye [in the sunlight]. (Birdlife Australia)

Habitat:

In sparse trees near the waste water treatment wetlands.

Notes:

I have been waiting to get a non-blurry, full image of this bird for ages.
