Description:

Yellow-orange shelf or bracket fungi with white margins ~ 2 inches long, and slightly lesser width.

Habitat:

Suburban neighborhood on mesic, tropical, insular lowland plateau.

Notes:

Spotted growing at ground level on decaying vegetation amid moss and a patch of laua'e ferns (Phymatosorus scolopendria).
