Green Frog

My wife was on her jog and she noticed this frog on the side of the road. She nudged it a bit and it was alive but wouldn't move. She called me on her cell and asked me to bring a pail of water. When I picked up the frog, it didn't try to get away and was sticky to the touch. When I put it in the pail, it started to move right away and was swimming. I took it home and placed it in a small wetland at the rear of our home, That's where the picture came from.
