Description:

Large gray, brown and white owl with long ear tufts. You can hear and see this owl call another Great Horned Owl in the video https://youtu.be/_K8xcUIfMKY It's primary food source is rabbits/hares, and larger rodents although it will eat smaller rodents, reptiles, amphibians and insects.

Habitat:

On a Eucalyptus tree in our yard that is part Oak Woodland and part Chaparral.This is one of the most widespread owls in North America.
