Description:

This little Leaf Beetle reminds me of the seeds of the Castor Bean (http://www.dalonfood.com/product/natural-castor-seed/). About 5 mm in length. It has an especially nice butt! (4th picture). Family Chrysomelidae.

Habitat:

Semi-rural residential area, San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas, Mexico, 2,200 meters.
