Field Notes

Description:

The Yellow-tinted Honeyeater is a small bird; overall yellowish colour with obvious black curved line and adjacent yellow patch at the neck. Under parts yellowish with light pale grey streaking on the breast. Throat and face pale yellow. Beak black. Tail edged yellow.

Habitat:

This little one was bouncing around the Frangipani tree (Plumeria sp.) out near the front gate.

Notes:

There is barely any information around about the Yellow-tinted Honeyeater that I can find so I will keep on observing!
