Field Notes

Description:

Canadian Geese in my neighborhood (photo taken in February). Thanks to severe temperature fluctuations due to global warming caused by OURSELVES, these geese are by now, all dead. They perished of the freezing cold.
....
UPDATE: They are (probably) still alive. Climate change is still an issue for humans to resolve, though!

Habitat:

Michigan wetlands.

Notes:

I took these photographs in February of this year, for my birding vlog-show "Avianpost".

Nice spotting and another welcome to Noah!
The scientific name for a Canadian Geese is Branta canadensis. :) If you are having trouble finding a scientific name, usually a internet search like: scientific name for Canadian Geese Will provide the correct scientific name.
Hi Avianpost - Welcome to Project Noah from Michigan! Likely these geese have not died, as they are well adapted, but have flown further south to a warmer climate during the freezing temperatures.
