Description:
Very large, brown and blue dragonflies mating high up in a tree
Habitat:
Hanging from a branch high up in a tree located next to a trail across from fresh water (Lake Emma)
Notes:
I saw quite a large number of these giant-sized dragonflies this year near and around Lake Emma as well as on the trail leading there. Not sure if they were all the same species however and their numbers may have just been more concentrated due to the lateness of or delay in warm weather this past year or my own improved skill in locating or noticing them.
