Description:

Menemerus semilimbatus is a common species in the Mediterranean Europe and is absent in Middle- and North-Europe.
Their length varies between 7 and 9 mm. Males have striking white haired pedipalps. The spiders can be found on sunny walls and rocks often in the surroundings of houses. The pictured male was spotted in the grounds of Volos city shooting and archery club.
