I am almost agreeing with blue ring. though the blue ring has less blue on the thorax, it seems I couldn't find anything else. Maybe it's just the light
All I can come up with is Argia sedula - Blue-ringed Dancer...but I realise there are so many little things that are needed to be looked at to accurately identify them! Love this spotting. Thank you for sharing :)
