Description:

2"+ wingspan, pattern looks the same but some have blue colour while others are dark grey. Males & females? Lots of them about, many in pairs.

Oh, I'm sorry Malcolm Wilton-Jones, I didn't see the first ID before making mine. I thought there weren't any other IDs. It was only after I posted it I saw it.
duttagupta35504, there is no need to make a second identical species suggestion to one already made, you only need to click on the plus sign next to the first suggestion, then additional information such as sub-species can be made in the comments.
This looks like a Blue Pansy, I made a species suggestion. The brown ones are probably the females and the blue ones male. You're so lucky, I really want to see them. They're so pretty.
