Field Notes

Description:

It sits in a tiny, light brown rounded shell, with only it's top sticking out. It sits in the dry shade next to a delicately patterned web. It has two black obvious eyes, and has 4 hairy limbs sticking out. The spiders body has moisture on it, and it's body color is a little darker than the shell like thing it's sitting on. It is around 2 cm big.

Habitat:

It was on a web under the shade of some green leaves. It hadn't rained in a while and it was really hot outside, so the leaves were drying up.
