Thanks, guys! I have a LOT of unidentified fungi to ID...trying to get it all posted...
Sorry, missed the blue bruising...ignore my suggestion Kate.
The fact that on the last picture, the mushroom presents traces of blue bruising on the stem (where it's touched) makes me think of the Butter Bolete - Butyriboletus Persolidus. Check out this article http://www.mykoweb.com/CAF/species/Butyriboletus_persolidus.html
A healthy-looking clump but no slippery cap. Looks like Slippery Jack (Suillus luteus) and I hope I am right. Nice series Kate.
